Success Factors:

Timothy values lifelong learning, giving back to his community and the feeling of security that fulltime work brings to his life. As a software developer, he is willing to start at the bottom, work, and learn his way up. He prefers aregular 8 h workday (no shift work), sitting at a workstation in a quiet environment. Timothy can manage multiple tasks at once, is organized likes to maintain a tidy work area. Not only can he cope with changes, maintain accuracy and a sense of professionalism, he is interested and familiar with working in a team environment. Has a good sense of his abilities and can ask for clarification when needed.

He does best with clear communication and a common understanding of the details – unclear or vague instructions or language may be difficult. A workplace mentor or single point of contact will be beneficial as he onboards into a new workplace.
