As a software developer, he is willing to start at the bottom, work, and learn his way up. He prefers aregular 8 h workday (no shift work), sitting at a workstation in a quiet environment. Timothy can manage multiple tasks at once, is organized likes to maintain a tidy work area. Not only can he cope with changes, maintain accuracy and a sense of professionalism, he is interested and familiar with working in a team environment. Has a good sense of his abilities and can ask for clarification when needed.
